Here I present a series of cases of laparoscopic surgeries of different pathologies from simpler to more complex cases surgeries.

Acute phlegmonous appendicitis

We present a case of uncomplicated acute appendicitis in an 18-year-old female patient

Laparoscopy inguinal hernia

In this case, we are going to operate on a patient with a right inguinal hernia using a laparoscopic procedure according to the TEP technique (Totally ExtraPeritoneal), that is, extraperitoneal without entering the abdominal cavity.

Wilkie syndrome

I leave you a video of a rare case of Wilkie syndrome, which is a high intestinal obstruction at the level of the passage of the duodenum through the aorta and that occurs in certain very thin patients due to compression of the small intestine by being like a clamp between the aorta and the beginning of the superior mesenteric artery
